Founder & CEO
Sed is a 21-year working DJ, originally from New Orleans and now based in Atlanta — a first-time tech startup founder who built StageWing out of his own experience on both sides of the equipment-access problem. He launched StageWing's first version in 2019 and has spent 6+ years building it, including completing Techstars Atlanta. StageWing is post-revenue and operating across 14 states today, with his current focus on bringing in engineering support to move the platform toward product independence, away from the manual work and development bottlenecks that limit it now.

TRUST IS THE PRODUCT

Live events do not tolerate failure. A DJ landing in an unfamiliar city needs gear that arrives on time and works, and the industry’s answer to that has always been personal relationships — which do not travel. StageWing turns that informal trust network into infrastructure: a vetted community of local providers, called Wingmates, reachable in 14 states. Running its own full-service A/V production arm alongside the marketplace gives StageWing operating knowledge of what a provider has to deliver. The next step is product independence — engineering the platform so growth is not limited by manual coordination.
