Sushil Bohara
Co-Founder
Sushil Bohara and Nelson Jurado co-founded Life of Mine together, after first thinking through the idea as undergrads. Sushil is a PhD student in the joint Georgia Tech / Emory Biomedical Engineering program (BS in Bioengineering, UC Berkeley); Nelson is a PhD student in Structural Engineering at UC San Diego (BS in Civil Engineering, UC Berkeley) — complementary backgrounds in machine learning, data analysis, and systems design. Sushil completed 50 customer discovery interviews during the RightShift Accelerator and plans to continue discovery past the program.
Former healthcare executive with deep domain expertise in women’s health. Strong product-market validation through clinical partnerships and user research.

HABIT APPS COUNT. THEY DON’T ACCOMPANY.

Habit and self-improvement tools overwhelmingly measure: streaks, counts, completion rates. What they cannot supply is the thing that actually sustained habits for most of human history — other people noticing, expecting, and encouraging. Life of Mine treats that absence as the product problem rather than a motivational failing of the user. It renders growth as something lived rather than logged, through personalized characters, visible progress, and a village of LLM-guided support that responds to where someone actually is. The team reached a testable product during the accelerator, built on 50 customer discovery interviews, and is now iterating toward deployment with early users.
