Keomaria is a nurse building for nurses. She has experienced understaffing, burnout, and the lack of real-time operational support from inside the job, and is building Esoteric Sync to fix the systems rather than ask staff to absorb the failure. She spent the months before the accelerator in customer discovery with nurses, Directors of Nursing, and facility operators to establish where technology can realistically help — and completed 60 further discovery interviews during the program.

Built by someone who worked the floor

Skilled nursing runs on coordination that mostly happens informally — in handoffs, hallway conversations, and the memory of whoever is on shift. When a facility is short-staffed, that informal layer is the first thing to break, and both care quality and staff retention follow it down. Esoteric Sync replaces it with workflow, communication, and operational visibility systems, so facilities run more efficiently and bedside staff carry less of the coordination load themselves. The founder is a nurse, which is why the product is being validated against Directors of Nursing and operators rather than designed for them at a distance.
